The Beginning
Jen’s journey started with a simple love of transformation. In 2020, during the height of lockdown, she took on the challenge of revitalising a struggling village pub. Within just 20 weeks of trading, the once-forgotten venue had been turned into a thriving family destination, its Google rating soaring from 3.5 to 4.9, and revenues reaching just under £100k. That experience lit a spark: Jen discovered her gift for reimagining, improving, and creating better systems.
From there, she set her sights on the property industry. Spotting the potential of staging as a way to boost property value, Jen approached local estate agents - only to be met with silence. That rejection revealed something powerful: the traditional model wasn’t built to empower homeowners. And so, the idea for Beat The Property Agent was born.
